The prices shown on this website are for sale in the national territory. Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can make payments with PayPal, Credit or Debit card (Visa or MasterCard). It is not necessary to have an account with PayPal to make a purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipments will be free. All shipments will be made through a transport agency, which it will be chosen by the INSTITUTE OF O2LIVOTECNIA.

DELIVERY TIMES 

Orders will be delivered within approximately 24-48 hours. If the order is made on Friday, the term starts from Monday or the first business day of the following week.

The delivery deadlines are approximate. A delay in the delivery does not contemplate in any case a possible claim for damages and damages.

CAN I MODIFY MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

At INSTITUTO DE O2LIVOTECNIA we are concerned about the satisfaction of our clients.

If for any reason on receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 2 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return. Returned items must be in their original state, unused, with the corresponding wrapping in the original state and with all labels and accessories included.

The cost of the return will be paid by the client.

The returns of incomplete, damaged, broken or modified products, or products in any condition for which INSTITUTO DE O2LIVOTECNIA may reasonably believe that they have been damaged or used, they will not be accepted and returned to the customer.

In case of a refund, the shipping costs will not be returned.

In the event that a customer detects an anomaly in the product, or is not the requested, the INSTITUTE OF O2LIVOTECNIA assumes all management expenses, as long as the exterior seal has not been tampered with by the client. In case any incident arises, contact customer service.

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN

To initiate the return procedure, you must contact the customer service by email at info@o2xypro.com. It will be the customer service who will contact the transport company to manage the collection of the product to be returned.

Remember that the cost of return will be charged. The cost of return will be deducted from the total amount of your purchase.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be paid in the same way as the original purchase payment was made. Upon receipt of the return, we will make the refund as soon as possible. Keep in mind that once we have given the order to make the refund, the provider of your payment method (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, etc.) may take between 7 to 10 business days. We recommend that you keep your shipping note until you have received the refund.

Remember that the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
